Shipping Policy – Germany & Europe

We know you’re excited to receive your art supplies and get creating, so we pack and ship orders as quickly as possible 💛

Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from Hannover, Germany.

Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, sales, or new releases, dispatch may take an extra day or two, but we’re always working hard to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible.

Because we pack promptly, changes to orders are generally not possible once placed. If you spot a genuine error, such as accidental duplicate purchases, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via DHL and include tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Estimated delivery times with DHL:

Germany: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Non-EU European countries: 5–10 business days (may be subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Duties, VAT & Taxes

No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the European Union
VAT may apply in accordance with EU regulations
For non-EU European countries (such as Norway or Switzerland), local import taxes or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to DHL, it is in their care.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact DHL directly using your tracking number. You’re also welcome to email us if you need assistance following it up.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We can’t be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us, we’re happy to reship it, with additional postage costs applying.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. This helps reduce shipping costs and packaging waste.
