Refunds

Exclusions

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash

• Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty

We pack orders quickly, so changes or cancellations after checkout are usually not possible. Please carefully check quantities, colours, and delivery details before completing your purchase.
