What is Sheleeart?

We are an Australian art brand built around the Bloom Technique, high-quality paint and pigment supplies, and a community that loves to get messy, creative and inspired.

We ship from Hannover, Germany

We truly appreciate your patience - we’ll be packing and sending your goodies as quickly as possible!

What is your refund/returns policy?

We comply with applicable German and EU consumer protection laws.

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with statutory consumer rights.

• If you accidentally purchase duplicate items, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist where feasible.

Can I change my order after checkout?

We pack orders quickly, so changes are usually not possible. Please carefully check quantities, colours and delivery details before completing your purchase.

What is your shipping policy?

We aim to dispatch orders quickly. Most parcels leave within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During sales, new releases or high-volume periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We pack orders promptly, so address changes are usually not possible. Please double check your details before completing your order.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

Once parcels are handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your order is severely delayed or missing, please reach out and we will assist in lodging an enquiry.

What happens when this stock sells out?

The current pigments and tools from Fluid Art Co and This Little Piggy are final stock.

Once these items sell out, they will not be restocked and will no longer be available.

Do I need to worry about import duties?

Orders shipped within the European Union may be subject to VAT in the destination country.

Our EU VAT registration is currently pending. Where VAT is not charged at checkout, it may be assessed and collected separately in accordance with EU VAT regulations.

No customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union. Any applicable VAT or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How should I use pigments?

Wear a mask, work in a ventilated space, avoid breathing dust and avoid contact with skin.

Are your products safe for children?

Our art supplies are designed for adults and are not recommended for unsupervised children.

Are Sheleeart and Fluid-Art Co connected?

No. We are separate entities. Sheleeart is not affiliated with Fluid-Art Co.
